The two main curriculums we use are A-Beka and Accelerated Christian Education (A.C.E). We also utilize Rosetta Stone for our foreign language elective, and Saxon Math in our Jr. high and high school.
We primarily use A-Beka for grades K-4 - 6th grade. Reading is taught with a phonics-based program that gives the early student the best foundation for future learning. Abeka is a Bible-based, traditional approach curriculum featuring textbooks and support materials for students and teachers. Abeka is a nationally accepted curriculum that facilitates transferring to other locations.
In grades 7th - 12th, we use A.C.E which is an individualized curriculum that enables the teacher to tailor-make programs for each particular students needs. The A.C.E program offers an academic curriculum that includes skill building, goal setting, reading practice, and character building - all with Biblical integration!
This complete package progresses through high school with the core curriculum and a variety of electives.
The A.C.E. program allows students regardless of their educational background to work and learn according to this level of proficiency until they master the material.
Saxon Math provides a learning structure proven to advance students steadily and assuredly to higher levels of understanding.
Rosetta Stone: The program accelerates acquisition and retention for every student, empowering students to read, write, and speak new languages with confidence.
SCA offers classes for K4-12. We have combined classes K4 - 2nd, 3rd - 4th, 5th - 6th, and 7th - 12th.
